Upcoming event: Extracting sustainable value from your Lean Programme
Disillusioned with process? What next?
One of the biggest selling points when embarking on a process centric journey is the fact that organisations can use the documented processes as input for improvement projects.
We as The IQ Business Group have found many organisations have embarked on improvement programmes such as Lean. However, a number of these organisations are now experiencing sub-optimal returns and programmes which cannot be sustained. Many of these organisations have become disillusioned about the value and success of these improvement programmes, yet there are case studies of organisations who achieved excellent returns.
Join The IQ Business Group for a breakfast talk on the subject of sustainable improvement programmes and receive practical, experience-based advise on how to plan, implement and sustain these programmes for optimal value. Learn how IQ approaches improvement implementations and discover the two critical elements for extracting sustainable value from your Lean programme.
