The IQ Business Group (IQ) is led by a team of experienced executives with a strong track record of performance in their respective fields of endeavour. Our executives are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity for clients and employees.
Graham Sammells, CEO
Graham joined IQ in May 2005 and was appointed CEO in September 2006. In this role, Graham is responsible for all aspects of IQ’s operations and has been a driving force behind the growth of IQ in Australia.
Prior to joining IQ, Graham owned a successful IT delivery company, and his background in business and IT delivery in financial services sets the standard for delivery excellence in IQ.
Graham holds an Economics Degree, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is chairman of ASFA’s e-commerce committee.
Alan Greenstein, Executive Director
As one of IQ’s most experienced Executive’s, Alan is responsible for the promotion of IQ’s Banking Solutions, having been Group MD of a South African stock exchange listed banking and financial services group.
Alan worked in premier law firms in Johannesburg and London prior to commencing a career in banking and financial services.
Alan holds a BA LLB, HDip Company Law, HDip Tax Law (cum laude) and Advanced Diploma in Banking (cum laude) qualifications.
Panos Alexandratos, Consulting Manager – Northern Region
Panos is a foundation member of the Executive having been with IQ since inception. Panos has extensive international experience, having led and established IQ’s consulting presence in the United States.
Panos is a leading expert in product selection and design, IT architecture, enterprise-wide IT solutions, governance and programme management projects. With more than 15 years' experience in the superannuation industry providing strategic advice and acting as a trusted advisor to key clients, Panos drives IQ’s expertise in practical technology solutions and also consults as a Business Solutions Architect.
He holds a double major in Actuarial and Computer Science.
Duncan Howard, Consulting Manager – Southern Region
Duncan is responsible for operations across Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. Duncan has over 20 years' experience in the superannuation and financial services market in Australia and internationally.
Duncan’s experience in retirement benefits industry, including operations/client services management, systems development and procurement, asset management and trustee services management establishes the benchmark for versatility, diversity and consistency in IQ.
Duncan’s extensive industry experience delivers a unique viewpoint and sounding board for clients.
Brian Mitchell, National Sales And Marketing Manager
With more than 25 years' in the financial services industry, Brian has firmly established his reputation as a solutions delivery expert, and is eminently suited to his role as National Sales Manager at IQ.
Brian’s background includes extensive international experience in senior management roles working for major organisations in IT systems and Operations. In addition to his extensive sales and marketing experience, Brian has also successfully managed a large systems vendor in the superannuation industry and delivers IQ’s commitment to practical, innovative solutions.
Brian’s insights deliver a global perspective covering all aspects of running a successful superannuation platform combined with his passion for providing innovative results for clients.
Ragav Jagannathan, General Manager of Microsoft Solutions
Ragav Jagannathan is the General Manager of Microsoft Solutions Group and leads the Australian and global Microsoft initiatives of IQ Group. With more than 14 years’ experience working in Australia, USA and other International markets, Ragav has a proven recipe to build highly successful and profitable Microsoft business and will offer IQ clients critical Microsoft solutions that will address key business challenges and needs.
