Graham Sammells, CEO

Graham became CEO in September 2006 and is responsible for all aspects of IQ Australia's operations. Graham has a strong blend of business and IT delivery experience in financial services. Graham holds an Economics Degree, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

 

 

 

Alan Greenstein, Executive Director

Alan brings a wealth of significant experience to the IQ team. A lawyer by profession, Alan worked in premier law firms in Johannesburg and London until 1987. Alan left the profession to pursue a career in the banking and financial services sectors. Before joining IQ Australia, Alan was the Group MD of Sasfin, a JSE-listed banking and financial services group. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organisation and the recipient of the 2008 Jewish Business Achiever of the Year Award in the Listed Company category (RSA). Alan holds BA LLB, HDip Company Law, HDip Tax Law (cum laude) and Advanced Diploma in Banking (cum laude) qualifications.

 

Panos Alexandratos, Consulting Manager – Northern Region

Panos has more than 15 years' experience in the superannuation industry. Panos, who completed a double major in Actuarial and Computer Science, consults as a Business Solutions Architect, providing strategic advice and acting as a trusted advisor to key clients. He brings international domain expertise – he led and established IQ’s consulting presence in the US – in product selection and design, IT architecture, enterprise-wide IT solutions, governance and programme management projects.

 

Duncan Howard, Consulting Manager – Southern Region

Duncan has 20 years' experience in the superannuation and financial services market in Australia and internationally. He is a highly versatile consultant, having worked in different spheres of the retirement benefits industry, including operations/client services management, systems development and procurement, asset management and trustees services management. His diverse background in the industry provides IQ with a unique viewpoint and sounding board for clients.

 

Brian Mitchell, National Sales And Marketing Manager

Brian has more than 25 years' experience in the financial services industry, working for some major players in roles that included IT systems, operations and senior management roles. He brings to IQ a perspective that covers the full gamut of running a successful superannuation platform. Brian’s experience also includes managing a large systems vendor in the superannuation industry. He is well recognised as a solutions deliverer and is highly motivated to provide innovative results for clients.

 

Elizabeth North, Industry Leader

Elizabeth has a 25-year background in management, consulting and project roles for organisations in the Australian superannuation industry. Elizabeth has headed up operational, IT, business development and administration teams and performed a variety of roles, including a stint as trustee. She is an active member of the ASFA 102 Administration Committee and is considered a specialist in superannuation administration systems and how to make the most of them. She has an innate ability to blend process, people and technology-designed solutions and IQ’s clients value her pragmatic approach.
