Fund Migration

As our Client approached the migration of their largest client toward the end of their three year programme of work, they called on IQ to provide specialist support to supplement their already fully utilised resources. With in excess of 200 people working on the migration programme, the need for additional resources could not be provided internally without a detrimental impact on client service. IQ was asked to provide 30 specialists in the fields of data quality, configuration, testing, reconciliations and reporting.
