The IQ Business Group (IQ), an international management consultancy, today announced it has attained Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program with competencies in Networking Infrastructure Solutions, Information Worker and Business Intelligence, recognising IQ’s expertise and impact in the technology marketplace. As a Certified Partner, IQ has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven its ability to meet customers’ needs.

It provides experienced professionals, proven processes and innovative tools, combined with deep industry experience and a strong focus on cost-effective, practical solutions to bridge the gap between planning and doing. Clients include major financial institutions, superannuation funds, third-party administrators and banks.
“We are excited to have attained Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program. Certified Partner status allows us to promote our expertise and relationship with Microsoft to our customers,” said Ragav Jagannathan, General Manager – Microsoft Solutions at IQBG. “We are now equipped with a rich set of tools and resources that will help us build cost-effective business solutions for our clients while reducing TCO costs and improving ROI.”
As one of the requirements for attaining Certified Partner status, IQ had to declare a Microsoft Competency. These are designed to help differentiate a partner’s capabilities with specific Microsoft technologies to customers looking for a particular type of solution. Each competency has a unique set of requirements and benefits, formulated to accurately represent the specific skills and services that partners bring to the technology industry.
The Networking Infrastructure Solutions Competency is designed for technology partners with proven expertise in the design, deployment and customisation of networking infrastructure solutions using Windows Server and Windows Essential Server Solutions technologies.
The Information Worker Competency is designed for technology partners with proven expertise in design, deployment and customisation of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, including deployment of tools that enable clients to collaborate in real time from virtually anywhere.
The Business Intelligence Competency is designed for technology partners with proven expertise in building robust Business Intelligence Solutions that improves customer competitive advantage and helps them build effective business strategies.
